Wow just wow! This poem hit me deep down in my soul truly. This poem reminds me of where I grew up and the place I called home. I've seen so many end up on this road in life, a few were people I knew and called friend. From the title to the words that followed it felt like these words were being spoken to me. Brilliant work! You have a mighty pen, I shall definitely read more of your work.
