Aw Frank, you are such a great storyteller!

I could picture this verse in a book with beautiful golden caps and little drawings on the side, you know, like those big books the monks used to make by hand in medieval times:)

I loved this story because it had such a happy ending and it was written really well!

As they met in the garden, they kissed for a while
The minstrel was struck, by her beauty and smile
Their tale a real miracle, that had come from above
The minstrel and maiden, had fallen in love

^^

Fav stanza, I so love the kissing part!

*hugs*

Frank
What a wonderful story of love

As they met in the garden, they kissed for a while

Their tale a real miracle, that had come from above
The minstrel and maiden, had fallen in love

The imagery and rhyme in this piece are awesome. I just love the way this sad tale turned to happiness. Love can heal all.
Excellent Job!
Take Care

I really liked this poem. Awesome rhymes and just such a beautiful flow. Agree with Ray S... it does kinda remind me of Highwayman. Loved that and this as well. :)
