I saw that it's your first love poem...and it shouldn't be the last one..Because it's full of emotion and I liked your word usage
My fave lines;
In name only shall we say two words--
But let there be no bitterness,
Pretty good
Keep it up,
Laura

'Have all but love; have none but love,
Drink to silence or drink to me.
I am your virtues; your weakened dreams,
Once upon the Greenland Seas.'
^My favorite lines.
This poem is full of such grand emotion. Completely brilliant. This is a wonderful love poem. Can't wait to read more!

I thought the poem was very heartfelt and written well, the imagery and vocab were great as well. I loved how it was a love poem but rather unique from most others. Keep up the great work 5/5 GG23

What a terrific success. It's too marvelous for meager words to offer merit, I believe. This piece further rings a bell with me. It actually reminds me of Robert Browning's poem: My Last Duchess. Not only does it seem an allusion to the said poem, but it also works as a good comeback for the Duke's new wife's point of view. But then, again... perhaps it's just me.
I truly enjoyed this piece. All the best.
