Call It What You Want, It Won't Make Me Feel Better

by SnowWhiteQueen

&&You'd have a drinking problem
if you lived the life I do.
&&Before you tell me it'll be ok,
Maybe you should try loosing you.

Don't look me in the eyes,
And lie directly to my face.
Telling me you're there for me,
But when I need you, you need space.

There's a thin peice of string,
tied around your little finger,
That same tiny piece of thread,
Is all that's holding me together.

Knowing that I'm still close to you,
Connected with such a thin line,
And the voices saying "It'll all work out"
They keep me holding on most of the time.

You keep telling yourself there's a difference,
between breaking up thru a text message or letter
and "dumping" me, but it's all the same pain isn't it.
So call it what you want, it won't make me feel better.
