Its over
im done
no more reruns
im fed up
with thoughts & memories
holding against me
from letting you go
still living the past
the best things never do last
wondering why
we chose this direction, this path
youve spoken lies & ive spoken facts
but from this point on
as i choose not to care
not everything in life is fair
after i put this pencil down
i will then forget what use-to-be
open my eyes & see
