Tear drops on your shoulder
You said you would always be there
running your hands through my tangeled hair

When I fell you picked me up,
when I cried you dried my tears
If I was scared, you chased away my fears.

Perfection twinkled in your eyes.
My body melted in every glance.
You were my prince in this fairytale romance.

A dream blurred into reality;
You never should say never.
I gave you my promise to love you forever.

Sight has now became clear
and again the tears began to fall
this time you weren't there, you didnt even call.

Time ticks by; people change.
What once was a man, is now just a boy
you threw me away like a broken toy

I promised you I'd love you forever
but now its time for my heart to mend.
Sometimes forever has to end.
