A princess dream

Little girl dreams
and wishing on stars
Happy, dancing girls
pretending their superstars

Tea cup parties
and dress up parades
broken princess tiaras
and midnight masquerade

Fairy tale prince
and life of a queen
locked inside a tower
is where the princess is seen

Fairy godmother to the rescue
as a princess scrubs a floor
dressed her in a beautiful gown
left her to knock at his door

Happily they marry
live life to the grand
for the princess once unnoticed
now taken by his hand

Here's to the little girl dreams
and fairy tale wishes
for life of a princess
is what every girl misses
