Will I love again?

My love for him was strong,
I didn't think anything was wrong.
Two years past,
Oh how I thought it would last.
He left me forever,
So now we aren't together.
It's like a new moon,
It all came too soon.
He only said a few words,
And they were not what I wanted to hear;
"I don't love you. Sorry dear."
Was all he said,
So now I lay in my bed.
Crying until I'm numb.
Boy I'm dumb.
The only question is;
Will I ever love again?
