I am so pleased having you near though you are so far away
Reality is killing me but there is nothing else I could say
Because every word that I hear from you gives me life
The air that I breathe removes the worries putting me in strife

The distance which is hurting the two of us
Is nothing compared to our unending faith and trust
So extraordinary, this relationship seems to be
We are connected by chains of love's sweet melody

Every night I dream about us, I dream about you
Holding you so near, never letting go of you too
Having your head rest on my chest so you could hear
The words of affection that my heart is trying to speak clear

Knowing that we are willing to take a risk is something I am proud of
Because it does make an assurance that we are keeping the love aloft
