I held your hand resting so near my heart
heart that has turned cold when we have to be apart
apart from each other, a thousand seas across
across the horizon, i am grieving for your loss

shimmering crystal tears stream down my face
face that was once bitter and crazed
crazed because you were once here
here beside me casting away my fears

i love you, yesterday, today and tomorrow
tomorrow i hope you'll be back because i love you so
so much i have given while waiting for your return
return that has always been my greatest concern<3
