Why?
Such a beautiful character, such a beautiful creature/
And a beautiful smile, on top of beautiful features/
But why do u hide your heart prisoner in a cage/
And the only time u let it express itself is when your enraged/
The rest of the time it seems so heavily guarded/
So that way, there's no chance to become broken hearted/
And that guard raised up makes it hard for you to see/
That there's someone there to love you and that someone is me/
It's movie love like we see on the big screen/
I'll try to mean what i say, and also say what i mean/
Sometimes i sit thinking, racking my brain/
To find a way to show you that I'll never cause you pain/
I wanna take you to a place a million miles high/
Cause i know it'll make you happy.. but all you do is push me away and say. "Why"?
