My Complicated Valentine

I love Danica,
But, she loves Steve from the Football team.
He loves someone else,
I think it's my Best friend, Hardcore punk Maxene.

One day, I confessed to Danica my undying love.
But,she was obviously disgusted of me,
I was so humiliated,
Well, at least I knew,
My courage wasn't enough.

The next day, Maxene said "NO" to Quarterback Steve.
She wasn't disturbed, so I thought she was okay.
Then she said, "Coz I want you" to me.
I just nervously stood there,
With her charcoal tears pouring like the rain.
