I gave more than second chances, and you still came back for more;
to hurt me even worse than you ever did before.

I let you back into my life and you decided I'm not what you need.
You decided we'd been together, "too long"- I'm not the only one you see.

I don't think anything hurt more than you saying, "lets just be friends."
So now I've decided to stop you. This is where it all ends.

You've walked on me over and over again, but still I saw no harm.
Maybe I was blinded by what I wanted, and all you charm.

I let you inside my heart and now after too much time,
I'm letting you out in tears and thoughts. I'm getting you out of my mind.

Because today I start my life without you, I'll be in a world without pain.
Today I'll start to see light outside, instead of being trapped in the rain.

I know when I see you- inside I'll break down
and cry at the sight of the new girl you've found.

But when you start to see me with guys you never knew-
The one who is gonna be filled with regret is- the one and only YOU!

All the hearts you break, all the games you play
will all come back to haunt you one day.

All the words you said to me will be thrown back in your face.
and that's the day I'll be sure I'm happy to be out of this place.

For all the truth I gave you, you paid me back with lies.
the part of me that you became today... I hope it dies.

Because it was a mistake to ever let you in;
to let what started ever even begin.

Once a player always a player, is all I have to say about you.
Low places and cheap girls is the only place you're going to.

So, if we're friends or if we're not, never forget
I was the best thing that you're ever gonna get!
