Turn off the light so you can see
White is black and black is white
You cannot see the truth in light

My soul is aching my spirit caged
My mind is empty my words are gauged
Truth is lies and lies are truth
Madness is polite and sanity's uncouth

Pain is pleasure, pleasure is pain
You cannot see that which is plain
My heart is beating and by the beat of my heart
Don't torment my soul don't tear it apart

Begging's beneath me and demanding too rich
I cannot beguile and i cannot bewitch
I give to you my very soul, the very heart of me
And in return all i ask, is that you guarantee
Don't hurt me
