by LadyPearl
As winter steals summer
Bitter will it be, knowing you
must go, Llke the fall
of autumn leaves.
The temples remain silent
Closing away their secrets
As a wind, cold and daunting
Scatters the lingering words
Hunger tempts the dawn
Lust and upmost pain, it
Shatters shields you've drawn
Fading along with dreams
White lilies frame your face
Illuminated from the light
I trace your smiling eyes
How happy we must have been
Roses dance along walls
An untouched bed beside
the neglected letters from sea
Scratched on were some dates
Until even those left me forgotten
Wandering fields of mercury
Where I still run to remember
That laughter in my ears
