You're the Reason Why I'm Failing English

by IdTakeABulletForYou

Falling quickly for you;
nothing I can do.
Speeding quickly towards the ground;
no screams, no shrieks-- I make no sound.

My eyes just cannot pull away,
-- I am at awe by your beauty.
It seems that I will hit, full speed;
I just hope that you will catch me.

I want to spend each moment with you,
every one without's a waste;
I think about you every second,
I must admit:
I am addicted.

When I'm with you, I can't leave.
My schoolwork has been suffering;
It seems I just can't pull away,
-- I soak in every word you say.

Too bad I'm failing English;
It's worth that sacrifice, for you.
Maybe if I skip my finals,
all my dreams just may come true...

Another from scratch poem with a little humor at the end. This poem is exactly how I feel at the moment.

*Sigh*
