When We Let It All Go

When we let it all go
We were screaming and running in the rain
The tears from the skies washed away all of our burdening pain
We laughed at losing our second chance
But as the rain washes away, we did our dance
We were cold and soaking wet
But none of us were anymore scared
As the rain stops, the whispering wind blows
We looked up to the sky and saw the colors that made the rainbows
And we danced again as the clouds slowly appear
And as the beauty of the nature starts to unveil
We smiled because we knew our strengh will always prevail
We parted ways and smiled at the sun
As the pain from our scars are fading and going gone
Greeting and grins at the start of a new day
Of the protecting skies and the luminiscent, ever smiling ray
