I wanna hear your voice and see you smile
I wanna make you laugh and listen for a while
I wanna be the one you turn to when you need to talk
I wanna have you be the first to teach me new things;
Like when a baby learns to walk
I want you to know I think you're something special
And I never wanna hurt you
I wanna tell you how much I care
But I don't think i can without saying 'I love you'
I wanna be sure my feelings are true
And when I find out, hopefully you'll say you love me too.
