When i first saw you,
you didn't care.
you'd glance at me,
as if i was just air.

then one day,
we were pushed together.
it was then we realized,
us, together forever.

we spent each day,
hugging and kissing.
life couldn't be better,
though it had me wishing.

i wished at night,
when you were asleep.
i wished for true love,
it's you i want to keep.

so now when i think,
i know everything is fine.
it was not because of the wish,
but because of our minds.
