Enamored

by Poet on the Piano

A young man
in a greying soft sea green
suit,
makes silent love
to a zephyr,

believing his wife
is traveling the afternoon
to be wordlessly
by his side.

And like this speechless
epilogue,

he walks and holds
gently
the keys of her heart...

like understanding
how to touch a piano,
and create loving
keepsakes,

while living life
blind
to all else.
