I needed to erase your memory
A part of my brain needs to shut down
permanently
Continuous operation will only
lead to greater damage
greater losses.

I needed to avoid bankruptcy
And the cost will have to be great
My memories forever deleted.

Now reformatted,
I feel so new
And yet so empty...

I have no memory of you
But at the same time
I have no memory of who I am.
