The Way I Feel

I try to catch my breath
whenever you come near,
My world is left a blank
and you take away my fear,

Captured in this trance
my heart beats for only you,
Everytime you come around
I never know what to do,

I try to speak
but the words are trapped inside,
Everytime I look at you
this glow I try to hide,

I could never tell you
the things I want to say,
Forever in my heart
is where you'll always stay,

But yet I am afraid
that you won't feel the same,
You gave me all these feelings
and you took away the pain,

I can't explain the way I feel
whenever you're around,
I try to say these things
but I don't make a sound,

You're the only one
the one I've always wanted,
Deep inside these feelings live
they make my soul feel haunted,

I feel its time for me to say
the things I should've said,
Now it's time to let them go
these words that live in my head,

I've wanted to tell you
just how much I care,
So now only to you
my heart I will share.
