When i look into your eyes
a smile creeps upon my face
my life makes more sense
my worlds put into place

but if you make me better
then why do i worry so
why do i lose it when she flirts with you
why do i hide things i want you to know

i do the stupidest things
to be noticed by my love
he just thinks thats me
so send my thanks to the heavens above

but how do i tell him i love him
without saying the words
because he'll break my heart
or the truth will go unheard

so plop down next to me
forget the image you portray
show me who you are
and listen to what i have to say
