While voices whisper in my mind
I long to listen to love say
Let Love not leave us far behind

I search for a heart that will be kind
I pray for a love that will stay
While voices whisper in my mind

I know that they say love is blind
But it is bound to see some day

My soul seeks the ties that bind
The Spirit speaks so far away
While voices whisper in my mind

Truth is the only way to find
A lasting love that shall not stray

Is a love that does not betray
