Dont let love fool you

The refreshing breeze
Brushes against her face
Her hair moves with the wind
And her worries all erase

She hears birds chirping
And settling in the trees
And she is still comforted
With the spring-like breeze

Everything feels perfect
Everything feels right
The wind is blowing lightly
And the sun isn’t too bright

There are reasons for everything
And anything yet to come
But there is no possible way
To change where you came from

There are reasons why
Some things stay in your past
It is probably because
Those things weren’t meant to last

Even thought it may seem
That some things feel so right
Sometimes its better to let it go
Than hold on with all your might

If someone is truly yours
And truly yours to love
Then let him go, just to see
If he’s really the one you dream of

Looks can be deceiving
Don’t let them fool your heart
Cause if you open up too much
It will only tear you apart

Some people find out the hard way
Sometimes it’s foreseen
But don’t let the outside trick you
Cause love can be so mean

Hold on to the ones you love
And the ones who truly care
Because in the end, they will be
The only ones who are there
