I remember the summer where it all began,
I remember the first time i held your hand.

I remember the day I first saw you,
Your hair was blonde and your eyes were blue.

I remember how special you made me feel,
Was all of that even real?

I remember the day I fell for you,
And I hoped that you had fallen for me to.

I remember the day you broke my heart,
I felt like I was being torn apart.

I remember all of those hurtful lies,
And I can't forget all of the tears I cried.

I remember you every day,
And I wish that you would have stayed.

I'll always remember you, how could I forget,
Including the summer when we met.
