Lost & Painful Love

Lost love is something that lingers
And in your heart it stays
It's truly a disappointment
And the pain won't go away.

All the so called memories
That you created and shared
Now has to vanish
You wonder if he ever cared.

All the dreams you held
And cherished with your heart
Now has to be erased
And it's torn your world apart.

Love surely takes two
One can't do it on their own
It has to be unconditional
And it hurts if you're left alone.

But life carries on
And you have to find a way
To recondition your heart
And pray for a better love someday.
