My Greatest Fear

Waking up so early in the morning,
From four short hours of sleep.
That dream, i dreamt of you again
it made me weak and weep
It always starts so perfect,
I love you and you love me.
A bond so strong and yet,
It seems to break free
You start to get distant
And than you sneak away
the cheatin thoughts of you
run through my head day by day
My world was stolen
my heart was breaking
but my love had remained
yours for the taking
I knew I wasn't good enough
I always knew you deserved more
but in this dream i felt the pain
as you walked out the door...

I know this dream
is only a thought
But without you my love
i would forever be lost
For it started out simply
that i was afraid to fall
I didn't want to love you
but your my greatest love of all
Ever so frightened
that things won't work out
And I fight back tears
when there's signs of doubt
I know you love me
but I'm still scared to loose
all of these fears
are all because of you...
