Skimming the sky
Wings of gold
How high will you fly?
Daring and bold

Can I go too?
I ask with love
Who sent you?
Were you sent from above?

I do not know why
You came into my life
I am so happy I could cry
Thinking of you becoming my wife

I am undeserving of what you bring
You are so much better than I
Yet you make my heart sing
I begin to feel as if I too can fly

In your eyes I see all I will ever need
I feel all your love deep within my heart
I feel like a man in chains who has been freed
Flying with you knowing we will never part
