I understand not but one thing
That I love you and all you bring
I want nothing but one dream
To live my life as how it seems

To not care at all about her falling tears
To truthfully say I have no fears
To hold the world in the palm of my hand
To actually not care that you are her man

I walk around with my head held high
But in reality I just live a lie
For I am but a child deep in my soul
Searching for love to make me whole

I worry and cry about my gray tomorrow
When you wont be around to fade the sorrow
I want to live the words that escape my lips
And into my lies my life slowly slips

I dream of a day were I no longer have to lie
Where I don't know the meaning of what it is to cry
But as long as my heart belong to you
I will live to fake a smile or two

I try to let go but your grip is too strong
Honestly I don't wish to leave even though its wrong
For a part of me has attached to you
And I don't know how to go on without you
