As true as love can be.
It might not have been truer than true
But it was a love to me.

That month you were gone
Was the hardest month of the year,
My heart couldn't ache anymore
I think that's what I feared.

So many memories we made
Ones I am sure to never forget
Ones I continue to look back at
Ones that I will never regret.

Many months later
After heartbreak and pain
I still look back on those memories
And smile in my soul's rain.

You made me happy
Strong confident and caring,
You helped mold me
My personality blaring.

For giving me strength
