What if the world was torn in two
What would happen to the love we knew
What would become of the two of us
What would become of that sacred trust

Would you still love me the way you do
Would you still hold me the way I knew
Would you still kiss me the way I love
Would you still look at me with light from above

To all these questions I answer yes
To receive the same, I would be blessed
But one thing that you should know is true
The world will never tear me away from you
